Full Time Klaviyo Email Designer (Figma) for UK Hair Care Brand

I run RedLight Innovation, a UK hair care brand. We sell one premium product, the RedLight Hat Pro. I'm hiring a full-time email designer to own the look and build of all our email s.

What you'll do:

Design new email s in Figma every day, for campaigns and A/B tests.
Build and maintain Klaviyo flows, including a 30 day nurture sequence for quiz leads.
Set up campaigns, segments and coupon codes in Klaviyo.
Follow our brand rules exactly.

What I need:

At least 2 years of Klaviyo experience.
Strong Figma skills with a portfolio of real email designs.
The ability to design for a premium single product brand, not just retail product grids.
Good written English.

How it works:

I set the strategy. You design and build.
Full time, 8 hours a day.
Shortlisted applicants do a paid test before interview. $25 for one email design.
