Sales Representative (P&C Insurance Leads)

Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Pacific
Rate: $7/hr

We are seeking a motivated Property & Casualty (P&C)Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and transferring prospects to producers for quoting. Success in this position requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to internet leads using the Ricochet phone system.
-Follow an established script while maintaining a natural, engaging tone.
-Build quick rapport and assess interest in home and/or auto insurance quotes.
-Transfer qualified prospects to producers for quoting.
-Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude despite frequent rejection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

-Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
-Strong listening skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
-Dependable, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
-Clear, professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
-Confident in using phone systems; experience with Ricochet is required.
-Positive, motivated, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment.

Preferred Background
-Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment-setting, customer service, or lead qualification.
-Insurance industry experience is a plus
-Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a sales or customer-facing role.
