Recruiter

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial intake to offer acceptance. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Create compelling job descriptions and post across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
• Source and attract qualified candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, and social media
• Screen applicants and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the process
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries
• Facilitate offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across various industries or job types
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
