Appointment Setter - (Warm Leads, No Cold Calling)

Advertizo ( ---------- ) is a lead generation agency for roofing and home-improvement contractors across the US.
We run Facebook and Instagram ads that bring in homeowners asking for a free inspection or quote. Our setters turn those leads into pre-sold, double-confirmed appointments for our clients.

We're hiring a full-time appointment setter to join that team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and text new homeowner leads within minutes of them coming in
• Qualify each lead: homeowner, roof age and condition, urgency, decision-makers
• Walk them through the contractor's offer so they show up ready to buy
• Book the appointment on the contractor's calendar in GoHighLevel
• Confirm every appointment twice (day before + day of) and rebook no-shows

WHAT YOU NEED

• 1+ year of US outbound calling (appointment setting, telesales, or call center)
• Clear, confident spoken English that US homeowners understand the first time
• Calm objection handling that doesn't sound scripted or pushy
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a big plus)
• Roofing, solar, home improvement, or insurance experience is a plus
• Available for US Eastern hours (PH night shift), 60 hrs/week
• Quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset, fast internet + backup internet and power

HOW TO APPLY (we skip applications that don't follow these steps)

• Read this opener: "Hi, is this Mike? This is [your name] with Summit Roofing. You just asked for a free roof inspection on Facebook . Do you have a quick minute?"
• Then Mike says: "I'm just getting a few quotes right now." Handle it in your own words and book the appointment.
