Content Producer / Story Producer

I’m looking for a creative Content Producer / Story Producer to help me build a personal content brand across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.

This is NOT primarily a video editing role.

I need someone who can watch raw footage, understand the bigger story, identify the strongest moments, and help d ---------- what the content should become.

The series starts with me unexpectedly losing a nearly $200K/year job in Los Angeles and documenting what happens next — rebuilding my career, interviewing for new jobs, changing my spending, fitness, business ideas, travel, relationships, and everyday life.

There will be a lot of raw footage.

Your job is to help me make sense of it.

I want someone who can look through footage and say:

“This should be the opening hook.”

“This is the main story of the episode.”

“This section should be cut.”

“This moment should become its own TikTok.”

“We need more footage here to make this story work.”

“This is funny and needs to stay.”

“This episode needs a stronger ending.”

“This topic could become a recurring series.”

I’m looking for someone who understands storytelling, personality-driven content, audience retention, and how to turn real life into compelling content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Watching and reviewing raw footage
