About the Role

Are you a Klaviyo expert who has built and managed email flows for dropshipping stores — not just brands — and want a long-term role where you own email across 13+ live stores? Then you've found the right job!

🏢 About Us

4-year-old eCommerce dropshipping business operating across multiple niches
Shopify-based, multiple 6-figure revenue per month
Selling hundreds of products per day into the USA
13+ live general stores, with new stores launching regularly
A team of highly skilled A-Players in their fields

📧 About the Position

You will own Klaviyo and email marketing for all of our stores. Every store gets a solid foundation, every seasonal moment gets a campaign, and our Klaviyo bills stay under control. You'll work closely with the founder and have real freedom to bring your own ideas — if you see a way to make more revenue from email , we want to hear it and test it.

Your tasks will be:

Setting up the basic flow package (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) for every existing store and every new store we launch
Planning and managing campaigns: Black Friday / Cyber Monday, seasonal pushes, product launches, promos
Managing active profiles in Klaviyo (list cleaning, suppression, sunset flows) to keep subscription fees as low as possible
Monitoring flow and campaign performance across stores and improving what underperforms
Proactively proposing new flows, segments, and campaign ideas to grow email revenue

⏰ Hours

Around 10–20 hours per week, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on store launches and season. Flexible schedule — you manage your own time as long as the work gets done.

💰 Compensation — please read this before applying

This is an hourly-paid position. There is no retainer, no commission, and no revenue share, and there won't be. If you only work on retainer or revenue-share terms, please do not apply — this job is not for you.

✅ Must-Have Skills

Proven experience managing Klaviyo for dropshipping stores (not only established brands)
Knows Klaviyo inside and out: flows, segments, campaigns, deliverability, profile management, and billing
Experience setting up email from scratch for new stores, fast and repeatably
Experience running high-season campaigns (BFCM, holidays) for eCommerce
Proactive: you come with ideas, you don't wait for instructions
Excellent written English — you'll be writing copy for US customers
Reliable and organized: multiple stores means multiple accounts, nothing falls through the cracks

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with SMS in Klaviyo
Experience with general (multi-niche) dropshipping stores rather than single-product stores
Basic Shopify knowledge (forms, pop-ups, integrations)
Experience with email design tools or Klaviyo templates that can be reused across stores

🎁 What We Offer

A long-term, stable position with a growing number of stores to manage
Real ownership: you d ---------- how email is run, and we listen to your ideas
Fast decisions and no bureaucracy — test, measure, scale
100% remote — work from anywhere, on your own schedule
