Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant – Medical & Healthcare

About the Role:

We are a growing licensed compounding pharmacy and wellness company based in Texas, looking for a highly skilled bilingual Virtual Assistant** who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is not your typical VA role — we need someone with a strong medical or healthcare background who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound patient and lead inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Assist with patient intake, lead qualification, and call routing
• Process orders and follow up on fulfillment requests
• Verify insurance information and assist with documentation
• Transfer Spanish-speaking patients or leads to the appropriate tea ---------- mber
• Support day-to-day pharmacy and DME operations as needed
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written — this is a hard requirement)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting (pharmacy, clinic, hospital, insurance, etc.)
• Strong customer service background
• Experience with order processing or medical billing preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Available during U.S. Central Time business hours

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus)
• Familiarity with insurance verification or prior authorizations
• Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or compounding pharmacy operations
