Business Operations & Client Support Specialist — Meta Ad Accounts

Scoreify is looking for a professional, highly organised person to support our ad account operations and coordinate with agencies, clients, and suppliers.

This role requires a strong business background, excellent English, and the confidence to take ownership of ongoing requests. You should be comfortable managing professional relationships, handling confidential information, and keeping work moving without constant supervision.

What you’ll do

• Communicate professionally with agencies, clients, and suppliers.
• Keep documentation, requests, and account setups organised.
• Follow up politely but persistently to resolve delays.
• Coordinate time-sensitive requests across multiple parties.
• Maintain clear records so every outstanding task has a next step.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in business operations, account management, agency support, or a similar professional role. General ecommerce customer service experience alone is not sufficient.
• Working knowledge of Facebook /Meta ads, Business Manager, and ad accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a polished, professional communication style.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
• Experience handling confidential business documents and sensitive information with discretion.
• Confidence using Slack, Telegram , and task management tools.
• A proactive, reliable person who follows through and knows when to escalate an issue.
• Availability to provide consistent coverage during US business hours.
