Real Estate Virtual Assistant/SMM

We are looking for a creative and organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager to support our client's marketing, CRM, and day-to-day social media needs. The ideal candidate has experience creating real estate marketing collateral, managing CRM platforms, and using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
-Create and manage real estate marketing collateral, including property flyers, social media graphics, listing materials, open house promotions, and other marketing assets
-Manage and post content across social media platforms
-Assist with social media engagement, including responding to comments and messages
-Maintain and organize leads, contacts, and client information within CRM platforms
-Assist with lead follow-ups and general CRM management
-Use AI tools to assist with content creation, research, marketing, and administrative tasks
-Support the team with general virtual assistant and marketing tasks as needed
-Maintain consistent branding and professional presentation across all marketing materials

Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role
-Real estate experience is required/preferred
-Strong knowledge of real estate marketing collateral and branding
-Experience with CRM platforms such as BNTouch, Vinson, or other real estate CRM systems
-Comfortable learning and managing new CRM platforms and workflows
-Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Boson.ai, and other AI platforms
-Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
-Good understanding of social media management and content creation
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-Able to work independently and meet deadlines
-Reliable computer and stable internet connection
