Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing e-commerce store.

This role is a mix of customer service, store admin, and blog/content support. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day tasks that help keep an online store running smoothly.

Main responsibilities:

• Write upload or format blog posts according
• SEO-related blog tasks such as headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and keyword placement
• Send digital marketing emails through Shopify
• Respond to customer service emails and inquiries in a warm, professional, and timely way
• Help with order-related questions, shipping updates, product questions, and issue resolution
• Assist with general e-commerce admin tasks
• Help with other administrative support tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Strong written English
• Experience in customer service or administrative support
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable learning new systems and following processes
• Some experience with blog formatting, content support, or SEO is a plus
• Experience with Shopify, e-commerce brands, or mission-driven brands is a plus
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly
