Funding Operations Executive / Client Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Funding Operations Executive to help manage the backend operations for our business funding clients.

This person will play a key role after a client has completed an intro call, signed their funding contract, and submitted their business and personal information through our intake form.

Your main responsibility will be to review client information, organize documents, build a funding roadmap for each client, create spreadsheets, and help keep every client file moving smoothly through our funding process.

You will work closely with our assistant, who handles most client communication and application follow-up, so strong organization and teamwork are very important.
