TikTok Assistant & Video Editor (Italian speaker)

We're looking for a reliable all-rounder who can edit videos and help run daily operations.

What you'll do (you apply for this job)

• Edit short-form TikTok videos (15 to 60s): strong hooks, fast pacing, understand storytelling

With possibility to extend tasks in once integrated in the team and ready to grow:

• Reach out to creators and manage collaborations (messages, sample requests, follow-ups)
• Track videos, sales and creator performance in spreadsheets and Notion
• Prepare simple weekly reports
• Research trending products and content on TikTok

What we need

• Italian (reading, writing and understanding audio)
• Knows how TikTok works: hooks, trends, what makes a video perform
• CapCut or similar
• Organized, proactive, good with Google Sheets
• TikTok Shop or e-commerce experience is a big plus
