Content & Operations Virtual Assistant - Podcast, Video, AI & Email Marketing

Lax Goalie Rat is an online lacrosse training and media company. I’m looking for a smart, reliable and extremely detail-oriented Content & Operations VA to join our team long-term after a paid trial.

You’ll help with:

• Editing and publishing podcasts
• Editing videos for YouTube
• Creating short form videos from podcasts with AI
• Creating blog posts with AI
• Using AI to create training notes, resources and images
• Updating website and email copy
• Updating email sequences and automations
• Attending virtual events, taking notes and monitoring chat
• Answering customer support email s
• Checking links, copy, dates, pricing and content for accuracy

Attention to detail is the #1 requirement. You should be someone who catches mistakes, follows instructions carefully, learns quickly and checks your work before considering something finished.

Strong written and spoken English is required. Experience with video/audio editing, AI tools, email marketing and online business tools is a plus.

This position will start at approximately 20 hours per week with a paid trial. There is an opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right person.
