What You Will Do
When you voluntarily accept a Service Block Work Order from Exxceed Wellness d/b/a Aurevia Health Solutions, you may be asked to perform authorized, nonclinical tasks such as:

  • Monitor an approved Zocdoc booking queue and booking notifications.
  • Review new bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and patient-provided administrative information.
  • Process clearly eligible administrative booking items using written practice rules.
  • Send client-approved intake forms, consent forms, patient instructions, and insurance-card requests through approved systems.
  • Search for an existing patient record and help prevent duplicate charts using the approved workflow.
  • Create or update permitted demographic, contact, guarantor/subscriber, insurance, appointment, intake-status, and document-indexing fields in eCW/EHR systems.
  • Reconcile Zocdoc booking information with approved EHR or scheduling calendars.
  • Upload and index approved administrative documents, such as photo IDs, insurance cards, signed forms, referrals, authorizations, and intake documents.
  • Perform insurance eligibility/benefits administrative tasks only when authorized in the Work Order and client workflow.
  • Record actions, task status, pending items, deadlines, and next steps in the secure task queue.
  • Escalate incomplete information, duplicate-chart risks, schedule conflicts, safety messages, clinical questions, and other exceptions under the written workflow.
  • Complete a secure task handoff at the end of an accepted Service Block when required.

What You Will Never Do
This is a strictly nonclinical administrative role. You will not:

  • Give medical, mental-health, medication, diagnostic, treatment, or insurance-coverage advice.
  • Perform clinical triage, counseling, crisis intervention, emergency response, or 911/988 monitoring.
  • Write, edit, sign, attest to, or authenticate clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, or psychotherapy notes.
  • Select or change ICD-10, CPT, modifiers, billing codes, diagnoses, medications, allergies, orders, or clinical documentation.
  • Use a clinician’s password, MFA code, electronic signature, or other credentials.
  • Make independent clinical acceptance/rejection decisions.

Service-Block Model
This engagement with Exxceed Wellness d/b/a Aurevia Health Solutions is based on discrete Service Block Work Orders, not a permanent employee schedule.

  • Exxceed Wellness d/b/a Aurevia Health Solutions may offer available 8-hour Service Blocks or defined work packages in advance.
  • We are seeking providers interested in recurring opportunities and building a long-term professional relationship as client demand grows.
  • You may accept or decline future offered Service Blocks in your discretion.
  • If a Service Block is offered, accepted, and completed at the standard rate, the fee is US$28 unless the Work Order states a different rate.
  • If you accept a block, you must meet the agreed nonclinical scope, response standards, security requirements, and secure-handoff requirements for that accepted block.
  • Sample availability may include coverage blocks aligned to 8:00 a.m.–12:00 midnight Pacific Time, including weekends. This does not require you to accept any future block.
  • You may work with other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest and you protect all confidential information.
  • Exxceed Wellness d/b/a Aurevia Health Solutions maintains backup continuity coverage for blocks that are not accepted or need to be transferred.
