Video Editor (Real Estate Listing Videos & Reels) – Per Project

Position Type: Freelance / Contract (Paid Per Project)

We're a fast-growing real estate media company based in Toronto, Canada, looking for a freelance video editor with a modern real estate editing style. You'll be paid for each video you edit, and there's potential for full-time positions for editors who deliver quality on time.

How It Works

You're paid a set rate for each completed video
We send projects as they come in. Busy weeks may have several edits.
You accept the projects you can deliver on time.
Invoices are paid bi-weekly for all approved projects
Reliable, high-quality editors get priority on new projects

What You'll Do on Each Project

Edit short- and long-form videos for real estate listings and marketing content
Cut raw footage into high-end, smooth, modern edits
Add text, graphics, transitions and music
Sync with voiceovers and background tracks
Color correct and balance audio
Export final videos to client specifications
Upload final files to Google Drive
Make revisions if requested

What We're Looking For

Proficient in Final Cut Pro (required)
Experience editing real estate content
Able to deliver accepted projects with 12 hour turnaround
Available for most of the Tuesday–Saturday, 2pm–10pm PHT window, when most projects come in
Quick to respond on Slack during that window
Strong sense of timing, pacing and storytelling
Comfortable working with Google Drive and Slack
Good English communication
Organized, reliable and consistent with deadlines
High-speed internet
Willing to learn our style and grow with the team
