AI Video Editor for Ecom Brand

We’re looking for an A-player Senior Video Editor to create high-converting UGC ads, VSLs, and direct-response creatives for multiple ecommerce brands.

This is not a beginner role. You must have experience working with 7, 8, or 9-figure DTC brands and understand what makes ads convert.

Requirements

• ? 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• ? Experience working with established DTC/ecommerce brands
• ? Proven track record creating high-converting UGC ads and VSLs
• ? Deep understanding of direct-response marketing & storytelling
• ? Expert in creating hyper-realistic AI-generated images and videos
• ? Advanced experience with AI tools (Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Kling, Flux, ChatGPT, etc.)
• ? Able to recreate scenes, environments, and people with photorealistic quality
• ? Strong skills in pacing, hooks, retention editing, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics
• ? Fast turnaround times and excellent attention to detail

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create winning UGC ads, VSLs, advertorial videos, and Meta/TikTok creatives
• Produce hyper-realistic AI scenes and AI videos that blend seamlessly with real footage
• Iterate on winning creatives and continuously test new concepts
• Work closely with our marketing team to maximize CTR, hook rate, watch time, and ROAS
