Graphic Designer for Growing Women’s E-commerce Brand

Hi!

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing European women’s health & wellness brand, Floven.

You’ll mainly help us create:

Static ads for Facebook & Instagram
Instagram posts and other social content
Product-focused creatives
Promotional graphics
New visual concepts for different customer personas and marketing angles

We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to make designs look pretty.

You should have a strong eye for marketing, composition, emotion and what makes someone stop scrolling.

Because we are a women-focused e-commerce brand, it’s important that you understand how to create visuals that feel attractive, trustworthy and relevant to women, especially women around 40–60 years old.

You should understand things like:

Strong visual hierarchy
Direct-response advertising
Clear hooks and messaging
Product presentation
Typography and layout
How to make ads feel premium without looking overly polished or corporate
How to turn a marketing idea into a visual that can actually perform

We will provide the copy, creative direction, references and brand assets, but we also really value someone who brings their own ideas and can suggest stronger concepts when they see an opportunity.

We’re looking for a long-term collaboration, not someone who wants to jump between projects every few weeks. We want to invest in the right person, give you access to the tools you need, and let you grow with the brand.

We also plan to work with a performance bonus structure, so when one of your ads becomes a winning creative, you can earn an additional bonus on top of your normal compensation.
