We're hiring 10 full-cycle sales reps to start within the next 48 hours.

We've built an AI-powered business system for plumbing and HVAC companies. It answers their phones, books the jobs, and makes sure no lead slips through the cracks. Clients pay between $250 and $1,000 per month, depending on the plan.

This is a commission-based role for closers who can run the whole cycle: find the business, start the conversation, run the demo, and close the deal.

HOW YOU GET PAID

• $50 per week base allowance, from day one
• 10% commission on your sales to start
• At 10 sales, your rate moves up to 15%
• Your rate keeps climbing as your book grows, all the way to 40% at 100 clients
• Build your own team and earn an extra 10% of everything your team produces

• Clear, confident English
• Self-driven. You want your pay tied to your results, not your hours
• Experience selling to small businesses, contractors, or home services is a big plus
