Business Assistant (Sales & Customer Support) – UK Food Delivery Company

ABOUT US
We're a fast-growing London-based food delivery company helping takeaway owners across the UK earn extra income with delivery-only food brands. We're expanding nationwide and this is our first hire. You'll work directly with the founder as their right-hand person, across every part of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond quickly to new leads via WhatsApp and phone, and book calls and site visits
• Support our takeaway partners, especially during busy evening service
• Onboard new partners: documents, CRM setup, stock and training
• Plus outreach, research, admin, marketing support and whatever else the business needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and a natural, friendly style
• Comfortable with UK English ("takeaway" not "takeout")
• 2+ years in sales, customer support or similar; UK client experience a big plus
• Proactive, organised and happy to switch between tasks

SCHEDULE

• 12pm to 8pm UK time, Thursday to Monday (7pm to 3am PH time; 8pm to 4am from 25 October)
• Full-time only. Please don't apply if you'd be working another job during these hours.

PAY

• £700/month (~₱58,000), paid monthly via Wise.
• 2-week paid trial, starting ASAP

YOU'LL NEED

• Your own laptop and headset, a quiet workspace, fibre internet plus backup, and a plan for power outages
