About the Role

We're looking for channel partnership sellers: people who know how to sell through relationships that already exist.

We've built an AI-powered business system for plumbing and HVAC companies. Clients pay between $250 and $1,000 per month. Instead of selling to contractors one at a time, we want to partner with the places they already trust and visit every week.

WHO YOU'LL BE SELLING PARTNERSHIPS TO

  • Plumbing and HVAC supply houses and distributors
  • Accountants, bookkeepers, and CPA firms that serve trade businesses
  • Software companies that serve contractors but don't offer AI phone answering yet
  • Trade associations, buying groups, and industry communities

Your job is to open those doors, pitch a partnership where they offer our system to their customers or members, and close the agreement. One good partner can bring in dozens of clients.

HOW YOU GET PAID

  • Commission-based, tied to the revenue your partnerships bring in
  • The more partners you close and the more clients they produce, the more you earn
  • No cost to you. No fees, no buy-in.

We start with plumbing and HVAC, then expand to other trades using what we learn. Strong performers grow with us into new verticals.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Branding that's second to none
  • A strong team behind you and great support
  • A clear, easy-to-explain offer: every missed call is lost money for a contractor, and we fix that

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in B2B partnerships, channel sales, business development, or reseller programs
  • Comfortable reaching decision makers by phone, email , and LinkedIn
  • Clear, confident English and a professional presence
  • Bonus: experience with the trades, distribution, accounting firms, or SaaS partnerships

HOW TO APPLY
Reply with:
1. A partnership or channel deal you've closed, with numbers
2. What kinds of partners you've worked with (distributors, firms, associations, software companies)
3. How many hours per week you can commit
4. When you can start

Best Regards,
Jacob Schueller
