Creative VA – AI Fashion & Social Media

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Virtual Assistant to support an Australian women's fashion retailer targeting a 35+ mature female market. The business is transitioning from weekly photoshoots to AI-generated imaging, with content creation and social media currently falling entirely to the owner to manage alone.The priority is producing consistent, on-brand AI-generated fashion imagery and video, alongside daily social media content across Facebook and Instagram. As this role involves accurately representing physical garments, attention to detail and the ability to follow an established visual style are essential.The role will start at a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a preference for longer blocks.

Key Responsibilities

AI Image & Video Creation
Create AI-generated fashion model images from original garment photographs, maintaining a consistent model appearance, style, background and brand aesthetic
Accurately reproduce original garments, with no changes or additions to prints, colours, fabric appearance, fit, buttons, pockets, trims or other details
Create different poses and views suitable for the online store and social media
Produce short-form video content per style

Social Media & Content
Prepare and post Facebook and Instagram content (posts, stories, reels), aiming for daily posting
Use Canva or similar tools to create polished, branded content

Future Support
Support Shopify product uploads, graphics and banners (future phase)

Skills & Experience
Strong practical experience with AI image-generation tools, particularly realistic fashion/model imaging essential
Strong eye for women's fashion, styling, colour and proportion
Experience creating content for Facebook and ---------- ---------- ---------- attention to detail, particularly around garment accuracy and visual consistencyGood written English and communication skillsAbility to follow an established visual style rather than redesigning itCandidates must be willing to go through a practical test with the client as part of the application process

PS. As part of the application process, Candidates must be willing to go through a practical test with the client, outside of DotVA's standard process.
