What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents, automations, and workflows that do real work
• Set up systems that gather, organize, and surface important information
• Use tools like OpenCrawl and related platforms to support research, retrieval, and automation
• Integrate AI into the real day-to-day operations of the company
• Help us move faster, make better decisions, and operate at a higher level
• Play a major role in shaping how AI is used across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automations
• Experience with Claude-style workflows, AI tools, and advanced prompt/system design
• Experience with OpenCrawl or similar crawling / extraction tools
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and moving information across systems
• Someone highly technical, highly capable, and strong at execution
• Someone who wants to help build something meaningful over the long term
