Appointment Setter - Dog Training Company (USA Based, Remote)
Confidential employer
The Role:
We are hiring a remote Appointment Setter to work alongside our existing team. Your job is simple, when leads come into our system, you contact them quickly, have a warm and helpful conversation about their dog, and book them for an in-person evaluation at our training facility with our head trainer CJ.
You are the first voice our potential clients hear. Your energy, warmth, and professionalism set the tone for the entire relationship. This is a long-term position with room to grow.

-Handle common objections and hesitations to help leads commit to booking and following through on their evaluation.
-Book qualified leads for an in-person evaluation with CJ
-Send short selfie video introductions to leads
-Keep accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
-Follow up consistently with leads that haven't booked yet
-Communicate daily with CJ and the team
What We're Looking For:
-Strong English communication skills - spoken and written
-Warm, friendly, and professional phone presence
-Experience in BPO, call center, appointment setting and sales
-Comfortable making and receiving calls with Americans
-Comfortable overcoming hesitation and gently pushing leads toward commitment, not just relaying information
-Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Available during US Eastern Time business hours and evening
-Long-term mindset - we are not looking for someone who job hops
Compensation:
-Base hourly rate: $3/hour

-13th month bonus
-Paid bimonthly via Gusto
-Part time to start with opportunity to grow to full time based on performance
