GoHighLevel Expert & Automation/Integration Specialist- Long-Term Position

We are a growing U.S.-based credit repair and consulting company looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel and automation specialist to become a long-term member of our team.

We want someone who can take ownership of our systems, identify opportunities to automate manual work, and build reliable connections between the platforms we use.

You should bring expertise and recommendations to us. We can explain the business goal, but we need you to determine the technical approach, explain what’s possible, and carry the work through to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Own, manage, and improve our GoHighLevel setup.
• Build advanced workflows, pipelines, forms, funnels, and onboarding automations.
• Automate client follow-ups, document collection, internal tasks, notifications, and reporting.
• Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, and custom code.
• Work with Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n, and other tools as needed.
• Review our processes and proactively recommend ways to eliminate repetitive work.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and resolve automation failures.
• Collaborate with our developer to connect GHL with our internal systems.
• Test automations thoroughly, monitor performance, and document how everything works.

Required Skills

• Advanced GoHighLevel expertise beyond basic funnels and simple workflows.
• Strong experience building automations across multiple platforms.
• Confidence working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot custom code when existing integrations aren’t enough.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
• Ability to read technical documentation, investigate platform limitations, and recommend workable solutions.
• Secure handling of client information and account credentials.

Who We’re Looking For

You are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable solving unfamiliar problems. You can look at how a business operates and identify what should be automated, what tools are needed, and where human review still makes sense.

You communicate clearly, work efficiently, meet agreed deadlines, and flag blockers early. You can manage projects without needing step-by-step technical instructions from the owner.

We’re looking for someone who can become our go-to expert for GHL, automation, and integrations as the company grows.
