YouTube & AI Content VA — Video Editing / Shorts / Social Media

I manage several US-focused YouTube and social media channels and am looking for a reliable, resourceful VA who can help grow and monetize a channel, not simply complete assigned tasks.

You will initially work on one channel or a defined set of responsibilities. Strong performers may later take primary responsibility for additional channels with increased compensation and performance incentives.

Main Responsibilities
Depending on the channel, responsibilities may include:

• Researching and/or writing scripts
• Creating and editing AI-assisted short-form videos
• Creating or assisting with long-form YouTube content
• Repurposing content for YouTube, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Uploading and scheduling content
• Optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, and basic SEO/GEO
• Researching affiliate products when relevant
• Maintaining simple performance, analytics, and revenue tracking
• Supporting UGC, brand research, affiliate, and other monetization projects
• Identifying problems and proposing solutions without waiting for detailed instructions

I’m Looking for Someone Who:

• Has strong written and spoken English
• Has real experience with YouTube and/or short-form social media content
• Can use AI tools efficiently
• Is organized and reliable with deadlines
• Understands analytics and performance, not just content production
• Understands that the goal is channel growth and monetization

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
YouTube Studio, ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, AI video tools, Amazon Associates, Carrd, Kit/ConvertKit, GA4, Pinterest, affiliate marketing, UGC, or content analytics.

Work Structure

• Remote
• Flexible / output-based schedule
• Initial responsibility will usually be one channel or a defined workload
