Telemarketer

Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced telemarketers who are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following a proven sales script. You will be contacting individuals who have already shown interest in saving money on their insurance.

Your role is simple: get the prospect engaged, qualify interest, and transfer the call to a licensed manager to close the deal.

Responsibilities:

Make 500+ outbound calls daily
Follow a structured sales script (training provided if needed)
Engage prospects and build quick rapport
Identify interest in receiving an insurance quote
Transfer qualified, interested prospects to a manager
Accurately track call outcomes and dispositions

Requirements:

Previous telemarketing or call center experience REQUIRED
Must be comfortable making high-volume calls
Experience following a sales script
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
11am-7pm Eastern Time Zone
Must have Exceptional English
