I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant who speaks and understands English fluently. You must understand spoken English well enough to independently edit videos without requiring me to identify obvious mistakes, duplicated content, pauses, or sections that should be removed based on my instructions.

Required Skills

• Strong spoken and written English comprehension
• Hands-on experience managing and using a YouTube channel
• Experience creating accurate YouTube SEO chapters
• Ability to interpret video content independently and identify obvious mistakes, duplicated content, pauses, and unnecessary sections
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience working with WordPress websites
• Ability to build and update:
• Landing pages
• WordPress pages
• Forms and surveys
• Funnels
• Email and text campaigns
• Automations and workflows
• Professional video-editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to determine where a video should be cut after learning my preferences
• Ability to remove mistakes, pauses, repeated sections, and unnecessary content
• Ability to create short clips from longer videos
• Experience creating and optimizing YouTube videos
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience creating professional graphics and YouTube thumbnails
• Experience preparing accurate, print-ready artwork
• Understanding of margins, bleeds, resolution, sizing, and print specifications
• Experience using Canva when appropriate

Important Requirements

• You must have access to Adobe Photoshop.
• You must edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• You must provide the original, editable Photoshop and Premiere Pro project files.
• You must have experience using and managing a YouTube channel.
• You must know how to create accurate YouTube SEO chapters.
• You must know how to use GoHighLevel and WordPress—not just Canva.
• Canva-only designers should not apply.
• You must follow detailed instructions without changing elements that were not requested.
• You must proofread and carefully check your work before submitting it.
• You must be available for revisions when necessary.
• You must be available on Zoom Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Required Voice Conversation

As part of your application, please include a one-minute voice recording saying the following:

“Hello Annette, pleased to meet you. Yes, I speak English fluently, and I can interpret what is happening in a video without you needing to tell me that obvious mistakes, duplicated content, pauses, or sections that do not follow your instructions need to be removed.”
