Venue Outreach VA: Email and Call Bars to Book Our Bar Crawls | $2.90/hr

We run ticketed bar crawls in more than 200 cities across the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our biggest season is Halloween (end of October). We need a reliable VA to handle venue outreach: getting bars and clubs to say yes to hosting our crawls, and locking every detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer bars and clubs that reply to our outreach emails, the same day, in clear friendly English.
• Call venues that have not answered email, or that asked for a call. Scripts are provided.
• Confirm venues properly: nights, hours, contact name and mobile, recorded in our outreach system (a web app, we train you).
• Find more venues and contact details when a city is short.

PAY AND HOURS

• $2.90 USD per hour.
• 6 to 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, mostly on North American hours. Exact schedule agreed at the interview.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort calling strangers (bar managers) on the phone.
• A computer, stable internet, a headset and a quiet place to work.
• Availability to start right away.
