Shopify Growth and Operations Manager (3 DTC Stores) - Remote, Full-Time
Confidential employer
About the role
Trulore Brands (Consumer Division) runs a portfolio of DTC skincare and outdoor-care brands on Shopify: Marie Originals, Eczema Nourish, and EarBalance. We are hiring a hands-on Shopify Growth and Operations Manager to take day-to-day ownership of all three stores.
This is not a coordinator role. You will work directly inside Shopify, Replo, PageFly, Liquid themes, Klaviyo, and GA4. You will build pages, fix storefront issues, manage pricing and subscriptions, verify tracking, and report results.
The objective is revenue growth. You will be measured on conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchases, contribution margin, and total Shopify revenue.
Note on scope: paid media campaigns are run by external agencies and creative is produced by our Design team. You will brief and implement, not buy ads or design.
THE PORTFOLIO
- Marie Originals: about 89 products, 31 currently live. Replo, PageFly, and native Liquid.
- Eczema Nourish: 12 products. Replo and native Liquid.
- EarBalance: 8 products. Replo and native Liquid.
- Three Shopify stores, three themes, three Klaviyo accounts, three GA4 properties, one shared Meta ad account.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Revenue growth
- Own a monthly Shopify revenue target across all three stores.
- Identify where revenue is being lost (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase) and build a prioritized, measurable growth plan.
- Estimate the commercial impact of a change before building it, then report what the completed initiative actually changed.
- Improve free-shipping qualification, bundles, quantity discounts, subscriptions, and product availability.
Storefront development and maintenance
- Build and update product pages in Replo; maintain legacy PageFly pages and native Shopify templates.
- Repair broken buy boxes, variant selectors, subscription displays, and quantity ladders.
- Work in Shopify Liquid (sections, snippets, templates, theme settings), app embeds, cart drawers, navigation, and tracking scripts.
- Make careful changes to live storefront code and verify every change on the live storefront.
Pricing and merchandising
- Maintain prices using approved SRPs and landed costs.
- Create quantity and bundle pricing within a maximum 20% discount.
- Manage compare-at prices, free-shipping thresholds, and discount codes.
- Confirm every published bundle or pack exists as a real inventory variant that Fulfillment can pick and ship.
- Check margins before stacking bulk, promotional, and subscription discounts.
Subscriptions
- Manage Subscribe and Save across all three stores.
- Attach the correct selling plans to eligible products and variants.
- Ensure the advertised subscription price matches the amount charged in the cart.
- Support subscriber and selling-plan migrations when products move between stores.
Email capture, tracking, and analytics
- Work across three Klaviyo accounts: embedded forms, pop-ups, flows, and abandoned cart and checkout automation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot GA4, Meta Pixel and datasets, Google Ads tags, Microsoft Clarity, and Shopify custom pixels.
- Investigate missing or duplicated conversion events and prove fixes with test orders.
- Reconcile advertising-platform results against Shopify's actual order data.
Reporting and SEO
- Prepare weekly revenue, profit, and margin figures for the divisional scorecard, and monthly item-level sales files for Finance.
- Identify and explain discrepancies between Shopify, analytics platforms, and agency reports.
- Maintain product metadata, redirects, structured data, and internal links, and improve product copy for both search visibility and conversion.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years hands-on operating a live Shopify store.
- A specific example of growing a store or sales channel, supported by measurable results.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate, contribution margin, and customer acquisition and payback.
- Daily working knowledge of the Shopify Admin, and the ability to read and safely edit Shopify Liquid.
- Strong experience with a page builder, preferably Replo. PageFly, Shogun, or GemPages also relevant.
- Experience with product variants, selling plans, and subscription apps such as Seal or Recharge.
- Strong pricing and margin arithmetic: landed cost, compare-at pricing, bulk and subscription discounts.
- Analytics literacy, including the ability to explain what a reported number includes and excludes.
- A habit of verifying your work on the live site through the real customer journey.
- Clear written English and the ability to work across time zones.
