We are looking for seasoned debt collection professionals who are confident on the phone, understand the collection process, can overcome objections, and can turn difficult conversations into successful resolutions.

This is a 30% commission-only position designed for collectors who want their earning potential tied directly to their production.*DAILY CASH INCENTIVES* Your income is directly tied to your production.

Collectors who can consistently produce may have the opportunity to earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month, depending on individual performance, account volume, and qualifying collections.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make high-volume outbound collection calls
• Contact consumers regarding outstanding accounts
• Effectively communicate account information and available resolution options
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within company guidelines
• Overcome objections and handle difficult conversations professionally
• Secure payments and maximize account resolutions
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
• Follow all applicable collection laws, regulations, and company policies
• Consistently meet or exceed production expectations
