Full-Time Video Editor

We’re looking for a high-level Video Editor to join our team full-time.

We are a fast-moving startup media company that partners with influencers and creators to build and scale digital products such as courses, coaching programs, communities, and education products that genuinely have a positive impact on people’s lives.

You’ll be editing content across multiple clients and brands, so you need to be fast, adaptable, creative, and comfortable switching between different editing styles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing short-form and long-form content
• Editing YouTube videos, reels, shorts, ads, and other social content
• Creating advanced motion graphics when required
• Adding strong sound design, captions, transitions, B-roll, and visual effects
• Matching existing client editing styles accurately
• Adapting to completely different brand styles across multiple clients
• Working from references and recreating editing styles
• Implementing feedback quickly
• Managing multiple edits and deadlines at once
• Delivering most projects within a 24-hour turnaround

Requirements

You must be highly proficient in at least one of:

• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Premiere Pro

You should also:

• Be capable of advanced motion graphic editing
• Understand pacing, retention, storytelling, sound design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Know how to make content engaging without over-editing
• Be able to replicate different editing styles from references
• Be comfortable switching between multiple clients and brands
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be highly reliable with deadlines
• Communicate clearly and respond quickly
• Be able to take feedback without needing excessive direction
• Be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Be available for 40 hours per week

Experience with After Effects is a major bonus.

Hours

This is a 40-hour-per-week role, Monday–Saturday.

A typical schedule would be:

Monday: 12 PM – 7 PM UK time
Tuesday: 12 PM – 7 PM UK time
Wednesday: 12 PM – 7 PM UK time
Thursday: 12 PM – 7 PM UK time
Friday: 12 PM – 7 PM UK time
Saturday: 12 PM – 5 PM UK time

The exact working hours are flexible.

You can work mornings, afternoons, or evenings depending on your timezone, but ideally you should have good overlap with normal UK waking/working hours so communication stays fast.

We care much more about speed, output, reliability, and quality than what exact time you start working.

Compensation

₱45,000–₱60,000 PHP per month, depending on experience and ability.

There is room for compensation to increase over time for someone who consistently produces excellent work and becomes a key part of the team.

Send us a Loom video showing your real editing timelines inside CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or whatever software you use.

In the Loom, walk us through:

• Your strongest edits
• The actual editing timelines
• How you built the edits
• Motion graphics you’ve created
• Different editing styles you’ve worked with
• Any particularly complex edits you’ve completed

We want to see the actual project timelines, not just exported finished videos.
