AI Designer/Editor (Static Ads) for 7-Figure Brand

Hi! I'm Kevin, founder of a fast-growing 7-figure DTC e-commerce brand.

We're looking for an experienced AI Designer/Editor who turns creative briefs into high-performing static ads. You'll work directly under our Creative Strategist: they deliver the concept, hook, and visual direction, you make it real. Fast.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. Your work goes straight into paid advertising, where speed, clarity, and performance beat "pretty design" every time.

What you'll do

• Turn editor-ready briefs into finished static ads for Meta
• Generate photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery with AI (Higgsfield is our main tool)
• Create multiple variations from one winning concept (different hooks, layouts, crops)
• Edit product images and UGC-style visuals so they look native to the feed
• Nail text overlays, hooks, and visual hierarchy so the message lands in under a second
• Ship high weekly volumes with fast turnarounds and clean revisions

What we expect from you

• Proven experience designing static ads for e-commerce or paid social
• Strong skills in Higgsfield (or similar AI image tools with the ability to master Higgsfield fast), plus Canva Pro or Photoshop for finishing
• Your AI images look real. This is the core skill of this role: natural lighting, correct skin and fabric, believable hands and faces, no plastic AI look. If your images scream "AI-generated", this role is not for you
• You can match an existing brand style and follow a brief precisely, without needing hand-holding
• You understand what makes an ad perform: thumb-stopping visuals, readable overlays, clear product focus
• You know how to design within Meta's ad policies
• Good written English, fast, detail-oriented, and reliable
