  • Ensure expenses are properly categorized, documented, and entered into the appropriate systems.
  • Follow up on missing receipts, incomplete submissions, or questionable expense entries.
  • Assist with expense-related reconciliations, including credit card and supplier transactions.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all expense records.

Equipment & Operational Documentation

  • Maintain records related to equipment purchases, assignments, expenses, and supporting documentation.
  • Update internal trackers and systems as information changes.

  • Provide timely updates regarding completed work, outstanding items, and issues requiring attention.

Compliance & Process Management

  • Consistently follow established accounting procedures, documentation standards, and internal controls.
  • Manage recurring responsibilities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively identify discrepancies, missing information, and compliance concerns.
  • Follow tasks through to completion and communicate clearly regarding unresolved issues.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
