CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST — WEBSITE TEAM

Softriver is a global branding agency helping businesses build memorable brands through thoughtful design, strategy, and digital experiences. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Website Team and help ensure our clients have a smooth experience from order to project completion.

POSITION DETAILS

• Part-time, around 25 hours per week
• 5 working days per week, with 2 days off
• Around 5 hours per day
• Working hours will generally fall within the 12 PM–7 PM Tbilisi time window
• Must be open to covering weekends when needed
• $400–$500 USD per month
• Possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the future
• Remote position

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist clients with questions about their website orders, projects, timelines, revisions, and deliverables
• Communicate with clients throughout the website process and make sure they have the information they need
• Coordinate with our designers, developers, and project managers to resolve client concerns
• Follow up on ongoing website projects and help keep projects moving
• Keep track of customer requests, updates, and project statuses
• Troubleshoot basic website-related concerns and escalate technical issues when needed
• Follow Softriver’s internal workflows and communication standards
• Help provide a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable speaking and communicating in English with international clients
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and projects
• Patient, professional, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistance, project coordination, or a similar role is a plus
• Basic understanding of websites, web design, or digital services is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to work weekends when needed
