Static Ad Designer for E-commerce Brands

We are looking for a highly skilled Static Ad Designer to join our team and create high-quality, conversion-focused ad creatives for our ecommerce brands.

This is NOT a role for someone who only makes basic Canva designs or generic social media posts.

We are looking for someone with a very sharp eye for detail, strong design judgment, and a clear understanding of what makes a static ad look premium, trustworthy, and scroll-stopping.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be creating static ad creatives for Meta / Facebook advertising, including:

• Product-focused ads
• UGC-style static ads
• Native-looking ads
• Testimonial creatives
• Offer creatives
• Comparison ads
• Editorial / premium brand-style ads
• AI-generated concepts and visuals
• Variations of winning creatives for testing

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience designing static ads for ecommerce brands
• You must have a strong portfolio with examples of your actual work
• Excellent eye for composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance
• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to make designs look premium and professional
• Ability to follow creative briefs accurately
• Ability to recreate references without making them look like cheap copies
• Strong understanding of Meta / Facebook advertising creatives
• Experience using AI image-generation tools professionally
• You must be very comfortable creating and editing AI-generated ad visuals
• You should know how to generate realistic people, products, environments, UGC-style images, lifestyle scenes, and ad concepts using AI
• AI-generated content must look realistic and usable for paid advertising, not obviously AI-generated

AI EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT

We use AI heavily in our creative process.

You should be able to work with AI generation tools easily and professionally, and know how to:

• Create realistic AI imagery from a brief
• Match specific references and styles
• Keep products accurate
• Fix small visual mistakes
• Maintain consistency across multiple creatives
• Combine AI-generated visuals with strong graphic design
• Spot when something looks fake, distorted, cheap, or off-brand

Having a sharp eye is extremely important for this role.

We do not want someone who simply generates an AI image and considers the job finished. You must be able to recognize small details that make a creative look professional or amateur.

PORTFOLIO REQUIRED

UNPAID TEST ASSIGNMENT

Before hiring, shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a small unpaid test assignment.

We have worked with designers before whose portfolios looked good but who were unable to deliver the same quality when following our briefs.

For that reason, the test assignment is mandatory.
