About the Role

Customer Service Representative – Homecare Operations

Registered Nurse Experience Required

Join our mission to help seniors live longer, healthier, and happier lives at home.

We are looking for a capable, compassionate, and highly organized Customer Service Representative with prior Registered Nurse experience to support our Homecare Sales, Client Services, and Caregiver Recruitment teams.

This is not a traditional nursing position.

You do not need to be currently working as a nurse or maintain an active RN license. However, you should have real professional experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the Philippines.

Your nursing background gives you something very valuable in this role: the ability to understand people, listen carefully, recognize concerns, communicate clearly, and help families navigate important decisions about care.

If you are an experienced nurse who is ready to apply your knowledge in a broader business and customer-service role, this may be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

Help Families Find the Right Care

You will often be one of the first people families speak with when they are considering homecare for a parent or loved one.

You will:

  • Speak with prospective clients and families with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
  • Handle pre-screened calls transferred from our Care Coordination team
  • Help families understand the next steps in starting homecare services
  • Schedule consultations directly into our calendar system
  • Follow up thoughtfully with families who are interested but not yet ready to move forward
  • Build trust through clear, responsive, and respectful communication

Support Our Caregiver Recruitment Team

You will also assist with caregiver recruitment and communication, including:

  • Following up with caregiver applicants
  • Helping coordinate interviews and next steps
  • Maintaining organized recruitment records
  • Supporting communication between Recruiting, HR, Scheduling, and Operations

Become Part of the Homecare Operations Team

This position provides exposure to multiple parts of a growing homecare organization.

You may assist with:

  • Customer service
  • Sales support
  • Marketing follow-up
  • Scheduling
  • Care coordination
  • Caregiver recruitment
  • Administrative tasks
  • Billing and payroll support
  • Data tracking and spreadsheets

You will learn and use systems such as:

  • Wel lSky Pe rsonal Care
  • Google Workspace
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Excel
  • CRM and communication systems
  • Other homecare technology platforms

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings more than nursing knowledge.

You should be someone who is comfortable communicating with people, learning technology, solving problems, and taking responsibility for getting things done.

Required

  • Previous professional experience working as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, families, caregivers, and applicants
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Good organizational and follow-up habits
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

An active RN license is not required.

You May Be an Excellent Fit If You Are

  • A former or experienced RN who wants to move beyond traditional bedside nursing
  • Comfortable speaking with families and helping them make important decisions
  • Naturally organized and good at keeping track of details
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, software, and technology
  • Someone who follows through rather than waiting to be reminded
  • Able to work independently while still being a strong team member
  • Interested in learning how a successful homecare company operates
  • Looking for a position where you can develop broader professional skills over time

Why Join Us?

Our mission is simple:

Help seniors live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes and communities.

The work you do will directly support families looking for care and caregivers looking for meaningful employment.

You will also have the opportunity to develop experience across several areas of homecare operations rather than being limited to one narrow responsibility.

We value:

  • Compassion
  • Professionalism
  • Accountability
  • Authentic communication
  • Continuous learning
  • Teamwork
  • Long-term relationships

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization, learn new responsibilities, and become a trusted part of the team.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.
