About the Role

Join our mission to help seniors live longer, healthier, and happier lives at home.

We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and highly organized Customer Service Representative with professional nursing experience to support our Homecare Sales, Client Services, and Caregiver Recruitment teams.

This is not a traditional nursing position. You do not need to be currently practicing as a Registered Nurse or maintain an active RN license. However, you must have prior professional experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Your nursing background will help you understand the needs of seniors, families, and caregivers, while your primary responsibilities will focus on customer service, sales support, scheduling, recruitment coordination, and administrative operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Be one of the first voices families hear when exploring homecare services, providing a professional, compassionate, and helpful experience.
  • Handle pre-screened prospective client calls transferred from our Care Coordination team and help families understand their next steps.
  • Schedule consultations directly into our calendar when families are ready to move forward.
  • Maintain organized and thoughtful follow-up with prospective clients who need additional time before making a decision.
  • Support client service, marketing, sales, scheduling, and caregiver recruitment activities.
  • Communicate with caregivers and applicants and assist with recruitment coordination and follow-up.
  • Learn and use systems such as Wel lSky Pe rsonal Care, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Excel, and other business software.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, schedules, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with billing, payroll, and other administrative functions when needed.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to make sure clients, caregivers, and internal team members receive timely support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous professional experience working as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • An active RN license is not required for this position.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate with seniors and their families with empathy, patience, and clarity.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and helping guide them toward the appropriate next step.
  • Strong technology skills and confidence learning new software.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage follow-ups and multiple responsibilities without losing track of details.
  • Proactive and willing to identify problems rather than simply wait for instructions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with sales, recruitment, scheduling, operations, and client-service teams.
  • Interested in developing broad knowledge of homecare operations rather than performing only one narrow function.

Why Join Us?

You will be part of a team whose mission is to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes and communities.

You will also have an opportunity to develop experience across several areas of a growing homecare organization, including client services, sales, recruitment, scheduling, care coordination, and business operations.

We value people who are compassionate, dependable, technically capable, willing to learn, and interested in building long-term relationships with both clients and coworkers.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.
