Video Editor for Ecommerce (Meta Ads Specialist)

full- time Video Editor specialized in ecommerce, short-form organic content and Meta Ads to join our team long-term.

Your role will be to turn raw UGC, product footage and existing assets into high-performing TikTok/Reels organic content and Meta Ads.

Our approach is simple: organic content is the creative engine for our paid ads. We continuously test hooks, angles, formats and concepts organically, then turn the strongest ideas into paid creatives and iterate based on performance data.

What you'll do:

Edit TikTok/Reels organic content and Meta Ads
Turn the same raw footage into multiple creative concepts
Create strong hooks and engaging first 1–3 seconds
Edit UGC, product demos, testimonials, voiceovers and direct-response ads
Create new variations of winning creatives
Study trends, competitors and winning ads for new ideas
Use performance data to improve future creatives

We are not looking for a cinematic editor. We want someone who understands ecommerce, attention, hooks, pacing, storytelling and performance-driven content.

Availability & Commitment: This is a full-time position (40h/week), 5 days/week. We are looking for a long-term team member who will make our company their primary professional commitment, not a freelancer managing 5–6 clients at the same time. Occasional weekend availability may be required for genuine emergencies or important launches.

Requirements:

Experience with ecommerce / UGC video editing
Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and Meta Ads
Fast editing and ability to produce multiple variations
Performance and direct-response mindset
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
