Website Fulfillment Specialist – GoHighLevel + Web Development

I run a growing marketing agency that works with local service businesses, primarily plumbing and home-service companies.

I’m looking for an experienced website fulfillment specialist who I can build a long-term working relationship with.

This is NOT a beginner position.

If you are just starting with website development, GoHighLevel, or client fulfillment, please do not apply. I’m looking for someone who already has real experience and can show previous work.

The first assignment will be a paid project-based website build. I’m using this first project to find the right person for an ongoing monthly position as the agency grows.

For the first project, I will handle the client relationship, sales, project direction, and collection of client assets. You will focus on fulfillment.

You should be comfortable with:

• Building professional websites for local businesses
• Mobile-responsive design
• Service pages and city/service-area pages
• Forms and lead capture
• Click-to-call and sticky mobile call buttons
• Adding client photos, branding, reviews, and content
• Basic on-page SEO
• Titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking
• Website deployment and hosting
• Connecting domains/DNS
• Testing forms, links, buttons, and mobile layouts
• Making revisions from feedback
• AI-assisted website development tools
• GoHighLevel experience is strongly preferred

First project:
Plumbing company website
Approximately 10–15 pages
Client content/assets will be provided
Reference website/design direction will be provided
Budget: $40–$60

If we work well together, I’m looking for someone who can become my go-to fulfillment person for future client websites and technical implementation.
