FULL-TIME VA – Room Rentals | Sales, Bookings & Lead Generation

I’m looking for a proactive, sales-driven Virtual Assistant ASAP to help me fill our available rooms and grow our rental business.

If you’re confident in sales, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals, I’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Find and attract potential tenants through Facebook Marketplace, housing groups, and other platforms.
-Respond to inquiries, follow up, and convert leads into bookings/leases.
-Promote available rooms and help keep vacancies filled.
-Manage Airbnb/Vrbo inquiries and calendars.
-Improve rental listings to increase inquiries and bookings.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
-Strong sales and closing skills
-Experience in room rentals, Airbnb, or Vrbo
-Proactive and comfortable finding your own leads
-Excellent communication and follow-up skills
-Direct booking experience is a big plus!

Bonus: Facebook Marketplace, social media marketing, Canva, or Vancouver rental experience.
