Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Fitness Equipment

We are looking for an experienced, fast, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our fitness equipment company full-time.

Your main responsibility will be answering customer service email s and helping customers with product questions, orders, shipping, preorders, returns, and product compatibility.

Requirements

• Previous experience answering customer service email s
• Excellent written English and grammar
• Fast, efficient, and highly organized
• Able to learn technical products quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling a high volume of email s
• Able to research an answer instead of guessing
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Experience with Zoho Desk and Shopify strongly preferred
• ---------- and Google Drive/Sheets experience is a plus
• Fitness, weight training, home gym, or fitness equipment knowledge is a BIG plus

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

You MUST be able to consistently work U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

We are looking for someone long-term who can learn our products thoroughly and become an important part of our customer service team.
