Real Estate Data Manager / REI Reply Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Manager who is an expert in REI Reply to handle our real estate database, lead management, and CRM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, clean, and organize property data lists and buyer/seller leads inside REI Reply.
Set up, test, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and pipelines.
Oversee skip tracing data integration, list segmentation, and tagging to ensure high data accuracy.
Track campaign metrics, response rates, and database health to support our acquisitions team.
Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform and streamline day-to-day CRM administration.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience managing and configuring REI Reply (or GoHighLevel-based real estate CRMs).
Strong background in real estate data management, list pulling, and lead nurturing workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep data clean and actionable.
