Color Grading Specialist

Video Color Grader / Colorist

We are a digital media agency looking for a high-level Video Colorist who can take professionally shot footage and give it a cinematic, premium, movie-quality look.

Most footage is shot on Sony FX3 / Sony cameras, including Log footage.

What You’ll Do

• Professionally color grade finished video edits
• Correct exposure, white balance, skin tones, and color inconsistencies
• Create cinematic, luxury-style looks
• Match colors across multiple cameras/shots
• Properly grade Sony S-Log3 footage
• Deliver clean, crisp, natural-looking results without over-grading

Requirements

• Strong experience with DaVinci Resolve preferred
• Excellent understanding of color correction and color grading
• Experience working with Sony FX3 / S-Log3 footage
• Strong eye for cinematic color, skin tones, contrast, and lighting
• Fast turnaround
• Must have a portfolio showing before-and-after color grading work

We’re looking for someone who can look at footage and immediately understand what needs to be done to make it feel like a high-end commercial, documentary, or film.
