Real Estate VA – Lead Generation & Outreach

We’re looking for a reliable VA to join our real estate team.

This role is for someone who is comfortable talking to people, doing online research, working through lead lists, and following up with potential leads. You’ll be working closely with our team, so being responsive, organized, and willing to learn is important.

What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound calls and following up with leads
Going through lead lists and keeping them organized
Doing online research and digging for additional information on leads
Updating notes and lead information
Sending follow-up texts when needed
Keeping track of callbacks and other lead activity
Helping identify potential opportunities for the team
Handling some general research and admin tasks
What we’re looking for:

Good spoken and written English
Comfortable talking to people over the phone
Confident and friendly personality
Good at researching information online
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and able to work independently
Fast learner and open to feedback
Comfortable using Google Sheets and other online tools
Experience with pre-foreclosure or motivated seller leads is a plus
Previous VA, cold calling, lead generation, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
