Experienced Event Ticketing Specialist / Fast-Checkout VA (High Volume)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Ticketing Specialist to assist our team in securing high-demand event, sports, and concert tickets across major global platforms (Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventim, Live Nation, etc.).

If you have a proven track record of handling high-traffic drop windows, understand queuing mechanics inside and out, and have your own verified setups/resources ready to deploy, this long-term position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor scheduled onsale and presale events across multiple time zones.

Rapidly navigate online waiting rooms and queuing systems during high-traffic drop launches.

Secure and check out allocations of tickets within strict time limits.

Manage, verify, and maintain multiple ticketing platform profiles and credentials securely.

Keep detailed logs of orders, confirmations, and completed checkouts in shared spreadsheets.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: At least 1–2+ years of verified experience in high-speed event ticketing/checkout operations.

Ready Setup: Must already have access to well-aged, verified profiles/accounts suitable for smooth checkout without verification bottlenecks.

Queue Expertise: Deep understanding of queue dynamics (waiting rooms, queue positioning, 3DS payment verification, timing).

Speed & Reliability: Stable, high-speed fiber internet connection with backup connectivity.

Availability: Flexible schedule to handle drops during peak UK, US, and European time windows.

Discretion & Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle sensitive payment details and order logs with absolute confidentiality.
