Position Summary

Elorae works with education programs in Korea, including Leaders Academy, where students study English, writing, speech, and competitive debate. Our team produces the curriculum, events, marketing, media, and operations work behind those programs, and it is used by real students, parents, teachers, and partners.

We are in Makati on September 24 and we are interviewing all day, that day only. This posting exists to fill those slots.

This is a paid internship, 100 PHP per hour from day one, remote after hiring. The only thing that is not remote is the interview.

The Timeline

Apply today. The form closes when the interview slots are filled.
Zoom screening interviews run September 21, 22 and 23.
We select the strongest few from the screeners.
Those people interview in person in Makati on September 24.
Offers follow quickly. We are not running a two-month process.

The Zoom screener is not optional and it is not a formality. Nobody is booked into a Makati slot without clearing it first, so the earlier you get on a screener, the better your odds of a seat on the 24th. If you cannot get on Zoom before the 24th, do not apply to this posting.

You must already be in Metro Manila or able to reach Makati on the 24th at your own arrangement. We are not covering travel from other provinces for an internship interview.

What You Need

You must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the Philippines and be at least a second-year student.

You need:

Strong working English
Your own laptop or desktop for roles that require one
Stable internet, minimum 30 Mbps download with acceptable latency
A workspace where you can focus and join video calls
Enough maturity to meet deadlines without being chased
A willingness to learn from direct feedback and revise your work
Availability for a Zoom screener on September 21, 22 or 23, and for Makati on September 24

For design, media, web, curriculum, editing, and other portfolio-based roles, show us what you have already made. Student work is fine if it is genuinely yours and genuinely good.
