FULL-TIME AI/AUTOMATION DEVELOPER — Long-Term, Exclusive (40 hrs/week)

I'm looking for one experienced developer to join me long-term, working directly with me to build and maintain AI agents, business automations, internal tools, and web apps.

The Setup

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday
Long-term engagement — this is not a project-based or side gig
$2,000–$2,500 USD/month (or equivalent hourly rate)
At least 3 hours overlap with US Eastern Time daily; rest flexible
Starts after a paid technical trial

Important: This role requires exclusivity. Once you start, this needs to be your only job/client — no other employers or freelance clients on the side. If you're currently employed elsewhere, that's fine to apply, but be ready to transition fully once hired. I'm hiring one individual, not an agency — you must personally do the work (no subcontracting).

What You'll Work On

• n8n workflows and business process automation
• AI agents (tool use, integrations, multi-step tasks)
• OpenClaw and Hermes deployments
• Internal dashboards and admin tools
• Web apps connected to databases/backend
• CRM, email , calendar, and messaging integrations

What I Need You to Already Know

• n8n — real production workflows (webhooks, APIs, error handling, retries — not just tutorials)
• AI agents — tool calling, structured outputs, context/memory management, human-approval steps
• OpenClaw & Hermes — hands-on setup, configuration, and troubleshooting (please describe each separately)
• Claude Code & Codex — comfortable using both in real dev workflows, reviewing/debugging AI-generated code
• APIs — Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI, and xAI/Grok integration experience
• Python and/or JS/TypeScript — strong, production-level skills
• Databases — PostgreSQL or equivalent (schema design, queries, migrations)
• Git/GitHub — comfortable with branches, PRs, code review, and evaluating repos to adapt
• Full-stack — able to build a working frontend connected to a real backend (React/Next.js or similar)
• Deployment — can host, monitor, and maintain what you build (Docker, cloud/Linux, HTTPS, backups)

Around 3+ years of dev experience, with real AI automation/agent projects you can show — not just tutorials.
