Job Title: Part-Time Instagram DM Setter for Coaching Business (Commission Only)

Job Type: Part-Time (4-5 hours/day, Mon-Fri)

Compensation: Commission only — 5% on every client payment collected from leads you set. No base salary. No cap on earnings. The more qualified calls you book, the more you make.

Earning potential: Our coaching programs range from €3,000-€5,000 per client. At 5% commission, that's €150-€250 per closed client. Book 3-4 clients per month and you're earning €450-€1,000/month for part-time work.

About Us

Built To Grow is a premium personal brand coaching business based in Europe. We help creators who are posting daily but not growing build content systems that convert viewers into followers at multiples of the industry average. Our founder has 47K+ followers and our team coach grew from 360 to 16.2k followers in 4 months using the same system we teach.

We're looking for 1 DM setter to manage outreach and lead qualification across 4 Instagram accounts (2 accounts per team member). This is a commission-only role with high earning potential for the right person.

What You'll Do

Manage DM outreach across 4 Instagram accounts daily
Send 40-60 personalized DMs per day across all accounts (not copy-paste templates)
Qualify inbound leads who respond to content, stories, or automations
Identify and engage with potential prospects from our follower lists
Warm up cold followers through genuine conversation — no hard selling, no spam
Book qualified prospects onto our Calendly for strategy calls
Track all conversations and lead status in a shared Google Sheet
Provide a daily end-of-day summary of conversations, leads qualified, and calls booked

You're A Fit If

You have experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or lead qualifier (coaching/creator niche preferred)
You can manage 40-60 DM conversations per day without dropping quality
You write conversational, natural English — not robotic sales scripts
You understand Instagram (DMs, stories, engagement, how the platform works)
You're comfortable with commission-only compensation
You're organized — you track every conversation without being asked
You've used Google Sheets, ManyChat, or CRM tools before (bonus, not required)

You're NOT A Fit If

You've never done DM outreach or appointment setting before
You plan to send the same template message to everyone
You need a base salary to commit — this is commission only
You can't work independently without daily supervision
You don't know what Instagram DMs are or how they work
