🚨 WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME VIDEO EDITOR

The Media Coach Group is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional, experienced Video Editor to join our team full-time.

We are an Australian social media and advertising agency specialising in real estate, helping agents and agencies turn their content into powerful, high-performing social media.

This is not a slow-paced editing role.

We’re looking for someone who LOVES editing, works quickly, understands social media and knows how to turn raw property and agent footage into short, sharp, fast-paced content that captures attention.

🎬 Short-form video and Reels
🎬 Fast-paced, engaging cuts
🎬 Property and personal-brand content
🎬 Creating strong opening hooks
🎬 Captions, transitions and effects
🎬 Turning raw footage into polished social content
🎬 Working quickly without compromising quality

YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT USING:

CapCut + Canva

Experience with additional professional editing software is highly regarded.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re creative, organised and seriously fast.

You can take direction, understand a brief and execute it without needing constant guidance.

You understand that social media editing is about more than making something look beautiful. It needs to capture attention immediately.

Most importantly, you want to be part of a supportive, ambitious team doing exciting work for incredible real estate brands.

HOURS

This is a full-time role working Sydney business hours: 9:00am–6:00pm Sydney time.

For applicants based in the Philippines, this is currently 7:00am–4:00pm PHT and will move to 6:00am–3:00pm PHT during Sydney daylight saving time.
