Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce operations specialist to finalize, polish, and automate the backend infrastructure for a physician-founded skincare brand launching a hero silicone scar gel.

This is a strict, fixed-scope project to build our fulfillment engine. Our immediate goal is to launch our Amazon Seller Central channel, stock our inventory via Amazon FBA, and use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to automatically fulfill all orders placed on our Shopify storefront. Once you successfully build, test, and launch this integration, the project is complete and will be handed off to our internal team for daily maintenance.

Scope of Work:

Fulfillment Automation (Amazon MCF): Connect the Shopify store directly to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Paid Shopify orders must route automatically to Amazon’s fulfillment network in real-time, eliminating any manual invoice-checking or forwarding steps.

Multi-Channel Inventory Synchronization: Implement real-time, two-way inventory syncing between Shopify and Amazon FBA to ensure Shopify stock levels match Amazon warehouse availability, preventing overselling.

Amazon FBA Integration: Set up Amazon Seller Central, optimize product listings (A+ content, UPC/SKU mapping), and configure initial FBA inbound shipments.

Store Audit & Front-End Cleanup: Review current Shopify settings (payment gateways, regional tax rules, shipping profiles, and installed apps) to resolve bottlenecks. Remove default placeholder text across footer, policy pages, and collection headers.

Catalog Optimization: Upload and structure the hero scar gel SKUs with optimized pricing, high-resolution imagery, variant structures, and polished product descriptions aimed at conversion rate optimization.

Suggested Milestones:

Milestone 1 (30%): Store audit complete + front-end polish, copy, and full product catalog live and accurate on Shopify.

Milestone 2 (30%): Amazon Seller Central configured, listings created, and FBA shipment parameters set up.

Milestone 3 (40%): Amazon MCF integrated with Shopify, multi-channel inventory synced, and automated fulfillment verified via a live test order and successful handoff.

Requirements:

You must have hands-on experience configuring Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for Shopify stores and setting up inventory sync middleware (e.g., WebBee, Pipe17, or the official MCF app).

Experience mapping SKUs/UPCs across multiple sales channels.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to solve technical API or syncing bottlenecks.

Excellent written English for product descriptions and site copy.
